Looking first at performance, the standard engine of the Bronco comes in the form of a 2.3-liter EcoBoost® 4-cylinder that boasts a sizable 55 lb-ft advantage over the torque produced by the 3.6-liter V6 that comes standard on the Wrangler. In addition, the Bronco also boasts a class-exclusive 7-speed manual transmission that includes an innovative crawler gear for challenging off-road situations.

The Bronco is available with a muscular 2.7-liter EcoBoost® V6 paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission, both of which are more advanced than the optional powertrain offered on the Wrangler.
