I had already been to my "usual" auto dealer, a GM dealer near my home. I had only a few days to purchase a new vehicle. I was so unhappy with the salesman there that I decided that I had to go to another dealer (a family member retired from GM so we have always purchased GM cars). Before going to Rizza, I spent time at 2 other Ford dealers and just wasn't happy with their interactions. I happened to be browsing the internet and saw Rizza had "live chat" capabilities. I spoke with "Rami" who was very courteous and customer focused. He asked a series of questions and said he was able to help me with my purchase. I explained that I had limited time to visit and test drive, as well as limited time to complete the paper work. He assured me that he and his associates would do all they could to assist me. My purchase experience started on such a positive note I decided that Rizza was the place I would purchase my car. (Had they not had the online chat available I never would have had the time to start over with a different dealer and I can say I would have always been unsure if I made the right choice.) When I went in I met with Cliff Hensley, a sales person. He already understood my limitations on time and what I was looking for as Rami had already passed on my information and "leg work" that we completed online. Cliff showed me what vehicles they had immediately available and what they could obtain in my time frame. He was very customer focused, organized, and assured me that Rizza would do all they could to assure I was making the purchase that I wanted. I met with Charles Brent the General Sales Manager as I had a few concerns about maintainance / transportation if the vehicle needed a repair. Charles was very good to work with and assured me that there would be a loaner car or drop off service available. He didn't get offended when I asked for that in writing and was very happy to do that. Anthony Gladney from finance helped me to decide what finance package to take and was able to get me a very good rate. I toured the service department and met the manager there. I never thought I would buy a vehicle from anyone other than GM because of a family member employee and trying to support that company. However, when customer service is so bad that it drives you to a competetor, you know it's time to change. I am VERY, VERY happy I went to Rizza and have told many people about my positive experience and yes I told them about the very poor service at the other dealer as well. My next car will also be from Rizza as long as I continue to receive such outstanding customer service. I thank all of them for making the purchase of my Escape a good experience. I have never said that about a car purchase before!

I stumbled upon Joe Rizza Ford because I was having issues with another dealership in the area. I called to ask Anthony, the finance manager, a question about how the other dealership was handling my Ford Auto Loan, and instantly felt at ease while talking to him. The next morning, I submitted an online application for... credit at Joe Rizza. Because Anthony was so nice over the phone. When we arrived at the dealership, Anthony introduced my husband and I to Steve. Steve had driven out of town the previous night to pick up the car that we wanted, just so that they would have it at the dealership when we showed up that day. Needless to say, I was impressed. He found resolution to the matter that more than met our expectations, and did so in an exceptionally friendly and thoughtful manner.
